c) Where the seller does not act face-to-face with the seller, the disclosure document drawn up by the seller may be made available to the seller (and the acknowledgment of receipt received by the seller for the seller) by the seller, or the seller may send the disclosure form by registered letter to the seller at his last known address. in this case, no signed acknowledgement of receipt is required.
