The minutes of the committee meetings are published on the intranet via other company information channels and are made available on paper on request. When a recommendation is adopted without the consent of union delegates and/or staff representatives, delegates or staff representatives may submit a written statement on the reasons for the disagreement included in the recommendation forwarded to the CEO and request a meeting.
