This agreement is between the State of the Treasury of Ohio (“Treasurer”), 30 East Broad Street, 9th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215-3461 and _ (“Financial Institution”) (ADDRESS), collectively referred to as “Parties”. The Agreement is permitted in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code (“ORC”) ยง 113.051. The term of this Agreement shall run from 2 July 2012 to 6 July 2014 and may be extended by written agreement of the Parties. This Agreement defines the custody services to be provided by the depositary bank for the beneficial ownership accounts listed in Appendix 1. After being identified as the most appropriate deposit partner for the future of the Fund and its members, J.P. Morgan will offer custody and fund management services, including investment reporting. A transition is planned for the first half of 2021. H4 was also created by the J.P. The Morgan team helps them collect critical data elements from their historical agreements, allowing for a simple review of activities and the ability to advance analytical reporting at the customer and business level. In May 2020, J.P. Morgan was part of a consortium to invest in H4. Previously, J.P. Morgan`s In-Residence program, which instilled emerging technology companies to develop production-ready solutions to solve critical wholesale banking problems.
