With respect to all claims or proceedings arising directly or indirectly out of this Agreement or in connection with the Site, each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of the District Court of Minnesota, established in Hennepin County, Minnesota, or the United States Court for the District of Minnesota. Each party waives any objection to jurisdiction, jurisdiction or uncomfortable proceedings before such courts.
